Enquiry for seeking Expression of Interest (EoI) from bidders for hiring Of Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) at B-127 well platform.

    ONGC Western Offshore basin has three Assets, Mumbai High, Neelam & Heera, and Bassein & Satellite with base offices of Assets, Basins and Services located at Mumbai. The entire western offshore has more than 47 process/ Living Quarter Platforms and 205 Well head oil & gasplatforms installed over aperioil of 40 years since 1976 onwards. Offshore fields of various As.tr are developed by ONGC is various qtages by installation of new wellhead platforrns and associated for the monetization of oil and gas reserves.

    ONGC seeks an Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed MOPU owners / operators, /EPIC contractors either individually, or in joint venture / consortium arrangements, who have the requisite experience, technical and financial capabilities - either separately or together to provide the services broadly outlined from para-6 hereunder. The facility is required for a period of about to years, tentatively commencing from first half of year 2020. The MOPU provider will be responsible for system safety, reliability, availability, integrity and ensuring its functionality in operations for stated and intended purpose.

    Detailed techno-commercial evaluation and rejection criteria shall be apart of tender document which ONGC would decide in due course to float at an appropriate time in future.
