Global Expression of Interest (EOI)

    Notice Inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for execution of “Sick well revival contract” on Integrated Approach in Ahmedabad Asset, ONGC.

    Objective: ONGC, in order to revive the non-flowing/sick wells of its Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Ankleshwar and Cambay Assets; intends to award a Well revival contract as a pilot project to Service Provider (SP) / Oil & Gas Field operators having capabilities of, workover, design and installation of artificial lift system, well completion, fishing, well stimulation, field operation and management etc. on Integrated Approach i.e. end to end single point responsibility approach. Duration for execution of the project will be 18 months from the date of award of contract to successful bidder.

    With this Expression of Interest (EOI), ONGC intends to fine tune the broad scope of work for ensuing tender and also shortlist pre-qualified service providers / Oil & Gas Field operators for the said project.

    The broad scope of services, material and deliverables for revival of above categorized wells would be as under but not limited to these only.

    Provide Workover rig and allied equipment, rig crew, all consumables to complete the wells including all services

    Prepare the Well Revival strategy and detailed plan including site preparation, all materials / consumables for each well. Revival includes Well killing, fishing (if any), zone transfer (if any), completion, design & installation of artificial lift system, well stimulation / activation methodology, application of new technologies (wherever required), and subsequently put the well on production.

    Well fluid evacuation from Well head through local tank / pipeline / tankers (as the case may be), Well monitoring after completion for a period of one year.

    Waste disposal and restoration of well site as per HSE policy.

    All rig equipment should comply with DGMS / OISD standards and all statutory requirements.

    Commencement of Workover of the selected well is envisaged within 06 months from award of contract.

   Tentative duration of complete pilot will be 18 months from commencement. Resources to be mobilized accordingly.

    Well location will be in the oils fields around Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Mehsana, Cambay and well depth in the range 1000-3500M.
