EOI for use of Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) lines in place of existing HP gas injection Carbon Steel pipelines for gas lift wells.
ONGC intends to use Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) in place of existing 2” CS lines from Field Headers to wells for two headers with approximate meterage of 5 km on pilot basis.
Pipelines should possess specifications and qualities as mentioned below.
Operating Pressure rating 1500 psi or above
Operating Temperature rating 700C or above
Pipelines should be free from corrosion (Internal and external)
Ease in laying, jointing and compatible with existing network
Resistance against mechanical damage
Ease in attending leakage/breakdown.
Expression of Interest (EOI) is sought from experienced manufacturers/ suppliers of RTP lines for laying and commissioning of 2” lines from two field headers to 10 well sites (07 wells +03 wells at each header) with total distance of approximately 5 km. Manufacturers/ suppliers should have proof of the use of their pipes in oil and gas industry.
ONGC invites interested bidders (Indian and International) possessing proven record in executing similar project.
The bidder is requested, as a minimum, to submit the following documents and details:
Letter of interest from Bidder on their Letter Head.
Details along with Project/ Job value and Completion Certificate of similar project.
a. Brief Scope of Work
b. Value of the work in INR or USD
c. Completion Certificate
d. Client Name
e. Contact details of the client
f. Certification related to compliance of Health, Safety and Environment for the supplied Reinforces Thermoplastic Pipes( RTP)
g. HSE statistics
Note: Only completed projects on or before EOI submission date shall be considered for evaluation
3. Proof of use of their RTP lines in oil and gas industry.
4. Technical details of the pipelines and joints to be supplied along with the minimum time for execution of the project.
5. Financial performance documents (Audited balance sheets, profit and loss statement etc.) for the last 2 years.
6. Client reference along with the point of contact.
7. Please include references and case studies for similar kind of projects.
The bidder is also requested to submit indicative lump sum cost inclusive of all components i.e. material, laying & commissioning and repair & maintenance and the earliest expected time within which the required pipeline can be made operational in all respect
