Global Expression of Interest (EOI) for Integrated services under LSTK contract from drilling to completion of three HPHT wells in Bantumilli South Field of Rajahmundry Asset.

    Bantumilli south prospect is situated in the graben part, south of Bantumilli high. The prospect is located about 15 kms south of Bhimavaram town and is falling in Godavari Onland PML block of KG-basin. The field was noted as High Pressure- High Temperate field (HP-HT) gas field.

    Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Rajahmundry Asset, invites Global Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested global Parties (Oil & Gas Consultants / Oil Field Service Providers / EPC companies), to express their interest for Pre-Qualification to participate in the drilling, Multistage hydraulic fracturing, testing and completion for three wells from cluster location in Bantumilli South field under LSTK project.

    This proposal is to hire service for Drilling, logging, multistage Hydro fracturing, testing & Completion of three HPHT development wells with all required integrated services from Well Engineering to Completion. Three development locations to be drilled as deviated wells where Horizontal Drift of maximum 2000 m, Depth of 5000 m (MSL), Reservoir Pressure is in the range of 12000 psi and BHT : 400 ° F+.

    Brief scope of work: Three Development wells to be drilled as cluster location with a maximum horizontal drift of 2000m, where the BHT is approximately in the range of 400°F + The brief scope of work consists of drilling, logging, multistage hydraulic fracturing, testing and completion for three HP-HT wells under LSTK contract comprising of the following but will not be limited to:

Well design & engineering for Drilling, logging, multistage Hydro fracturing, Well Testing along with reservoir studies and Completion.

Well material / design should compatible to H2S (45 ppm) & CO2 (12%) gas reservoir.

Preparation of 1D MEM, Fracture design and to carry Multi stage fracturing.

All required services from Drilling to Completion for HPHT & Sour gas environment, which includes Drilling Rig, Well Material, Mud Services (Drilling & Testing Fluids), Logging services, Cementing Services, Hydro-fracturing services, well / Production Testing and final well completion along with manpower.
