Expression of Interest (EoI)

ONGC, Eastern Offshore Asset, Kakinada invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed and interested agencies for providing metocean, geophysical, geotechnical survey services on hiring basis for F1-KG-DWN-98/2 (Cluster-I) and GS-29 offshore deep-water Oil & Gas field development project.

Broad Indicative Scope of Work: Draft Scope of work along-with technical details is placed at Annexure-1.

Objective of EOI: Objective of this EOI is to ascertain the experience criteria/requirements, documents required for evaluation, market resource availability and also discussion on Pre-Qualification Criteria & Scope of Work with globally reputed Contractors / vendors for participation in above indicated work.

Experience Requirement: Draft Pre-Qualification criteria / experience requirement are placed at Annexure-2. The same shall be discussed during EOI meet. Participating Contractors/ Service Providers shall be required to submit their point wise comments / response/suggestions on the same latest by 12.02.2020 through e-mail to all the following email ids:

The participants will be allowed to raise their additional points during the EOI meet.

The EOI meet shall be held on 14.02.2020 at 2nd floor-Conference hall, ONGC office, Subhadra Arcade, Bhanugudi Junction, Kakinada-533003 from 1100 Hrs. onwards.

The participating Contractors / Service providers will be required to give a presentation on their response / comments/suggestions with regard to Draft Pre-Qualification criteria / experience & documentation requirement and Scope of Work.
