ONGC, Eastern Offshore Asset, Kakinada invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced & interested Bidders for monetisation of 2 wells (G-1-9 Sub, G-1-15) under G1 development project. Objective of this EOI is to ascertain the experience of Bidders to finalize the experience criteria requirements for monetisation of 2 wells (G-1-9 Sub, G-1-15) under G1 development project.

The scope of work for the development of said project is divided into two parts. First part is restoration of Subsea Production Control Systems (SPCS) functionality of the existing G-1 facilities and second part is Hook-up/Tie in of 2 wells (G-1-9 Sub, G-1-15) to existing G-1 facilities and commissioning. The Broad Scope of work is placed at Annexure-1. Experience requirement for pre-qualification of bidders for carrying out the above indicated scope is placed at Annexure-2. Same shall be discussed during EOI meet.

Interested Bidders are required to submit their point wise comments /response/suggestions on the given Experience requirement latest by 23rd July 2021 through e-mail to all the following email ids: (1) kapalavai_kamala@ongc.co.in (2) mohan_birudala@ongc.co.in Participants will be allowed to raise their additional points during the EOI meet.

The EOI meet shall be held on 27th July 2021 through Microsoft Teams. The participating Bidders are requested to provide e–mail ids of the concerned persons before 26th July 2021 for sending the meeting invite.

Participating Bidders will be required to give one to one presentation showing their capability in meeting the required experience along with comments/suggestions, if any with regard to experience criteria. The bidders will be required to submit details of their experience duly signed by the highest authority of their organization as per the format enclosed at Annexure -3 within 7 days from the EOI meet.
