provision of Seismic Data Acquisition Services (Deepwater/Shallow
Water/Transition Zone) for Cairn Offshore Blocks across East Cost and West
Coast India
Cairn
Oil & Gas, Vedanta Ltd., on behalf of itself and Joint Venture (JV)
partner(s) invites interested contractors with proven capabilities and
demonstrated performance in similar requirement to express their interest to
participate
in the International Competitive Bidding Process (ICB) for provision of
2D/3D/4D seismic data acquisition services (deep water, shallow water,
transition zone) for offshore blocks across East Coast and West Coast India.
Brief
Scope of Work: Contractor is to provide 2D/3D/4D
Seismic Data Acquisition Services (Deep water, Shallow water, Transition Zone)
for offshore Cairn operated blocks in India in the East Coast and West Coast of
India.
Financial
Criteria:
Specific
Go-No-Go Criteria:

Turnover in each of the
immediately preceding two (02) financial years should be equal to or more than
the estimated average annual contract value.

Positive net worth in
each of the immediately preceding two (02) financial years.

Liquidity ratio shall
not be less than one (01) in each of the preceding two (02) financial years.
APPLICANTs
are requested to submit company's financial performance documents (Audited
Balance sheets, Profit and Loss Account and cash flow statement, Auditors
Report and Notes to Accounts etc.) for immediately preceding two (02) financial
years in the tender. Latest financial statement should not be older than 12
months on the date of Expression of Interest.
Also,
note:
-
Standalone financials
of the bidding entity will only be considered, evaluation will be done only
based on the published annual reports / audited financials containing Auditor's
report, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss a/c, and Notes to Accounts.

Latest audited
financial statement should not be older than 12 months on the date of EOI.

In case of unaudited
statements (if there are no audit requirements for auditing of financials as
per the local law), the financials shall be accompanied by a certificate from a
Certified Accountant. Certificate should also mention the fact that there is no
requirement of audit of the financials as per the local law.

All qualifications and
exceptions brought out in Auditor's report and Notes to Accounts would be
factored in while undertaking financial evaluation.
Technical
Criteria:
The
interested Contractors should evince interest to participate in the Expression
of Interest by clicking on the "Evince Interest" link against the corresponding
EoI listing on the Company's website i.e., http://www.cairnindia.com and submit
their contact details online. Further to this, interested Contractors would be
invited to submit their response via Smart Source (Cairn's e-Sourcing Platform)
and the Contractors would be requested, as a minimum, to submit the following
documents and details to substantiate their experience in successfully
providing similar services
Bidder
must have completed minimum two offshore seismic data acquisition projects in
last five (5) Years. Below details required as supporting documents:

online. Further to this, interested parties would be invited to submit their
response via Smart Source (Cairn's e-Sourcing Platform).
The
interested bidders should "Evince interest" to participate in EoI within 10
days of publication of Expression of Interest.
