Expression of Interest (EoI) - Emissions Recovery system

ONGC, Ahmedabad Asset invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and interested bidders/vendors for the provision of an Emissions Recovery System. The Ahmedabad Asset operates multiple production installations in and around Ahmedabad for crude oil processing. As part of the process, relief vapors/gases-generated from Vessel-mounted PSVs and PCVs-are produced, commonly referred to as Emissions.

To mitigate carbon emissions and promote environmental sustainability, ONGC Ahmedabad Asset is exploring market-available solutions and techniques for efficient recovery of emissions (flare gas and vent gas).

The focus is on technologies that can effectively capture, store, and repurpose these gases to minimize waste and enhance sustainability.

Additionally, this EOI aims to assess the expertise and experience of potential bidders to establish relevant criteria.

Interested bidders/vendors are requested to submit their responses, suggestions, and comments via email no later than 20th June 2025.

Participants will be allowed to raise their additional points during the EOI meet. One to one interaction also will be held during the EOI Meet which is scheduled to be held on 23rd June 2025through physically at ONGC Avani Bhavan office, Ahmedabad.

Interested bidders/vendors are requested to give their consent by Email on or before 20th June 2025 for participating the EoI Meet. Subsequently, a formal invite will be sent to the interested bidders/vendors.

Participating Bidders/Vendors will be required to give one to one presentation showing their capability in meeting the requirement along with comments/suggestions.
