India Expression of Interest (EoI) under National Competetive Bidding (NCB) for
Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 500kw Battery Energy Storage System
at Rajasthan.
Cairn
Oil & Gas, Vedanta Ltd. is India's largest private oil and gas exploration
and production company having current interest in 44 blocks and accounting for
nearly a quarter of India's domestic crude oil production and a vision to boost
India's oil and gas production.
Cairn,
Vedanta intends to fast track the development of its field and explore new
acreage with the additional well campaign to maximise the resource monetisation
with cost optimisation. To achieve these objectives, the Company on behalf of
itself and its Joint Venture (JV) partners, invites Expression of Interest (EoI)
from experienced contractors under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process
for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500KW Battery Energy
Storage System (BESS) with 8 hours back up duration, along with Thermal and
Battery Management System at Rajasthan field.
Brief Scope of Work:
Engineering, Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Synchronising of
500kW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) along with Thermal and Battery
Management System at Rajasthan, Barmer. System shall provide 8 hours back up
duration and consists of all auxiliaries and control system. It shall operate
in parallel with Govt 11kV Grid power supply and provide seamless back up and
transfer during power interruption. Batteries shall get charged through DGs if
the grid interruption is more than 8 hours duration.
Participants
are requested to submit following documents as a minimum:

Letter of interest from
interested party on their Letter Head.

Detailed contractor
information clearly specifying years of experience in similar jobs,
organization structure, list of testing facilities, plant and machinery list
mentioning year of manufacturing, support agencies and other facilities and
resources for relevant scope.

List of current ongoing
contracts of similar nature under execution.

Similar contract
experience including scope of work, unpriced PO and completion certificate
-
Project execution
procurement and management / planning and scheduling methodology

Demonstrate Technical
and Managerial resource availability including engineering and procurement
capabilities along with organogram and resource responsibility

Demonstrate fabrication
and testing capacities and capabilities along with list of testing procedures
-
HSE certification /
accreditation / safety award / reward / recognition received and past
experience with Cairn.

Updated quality manual,
policies and procedures, quality organogram in line with internationally
accepted practices along with list of quality trained resources and competency
matrix. Detailed evaluation criteria shall be provided during the tender
process.
