August 12, 2026: Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) for the turnkey EPC execution of a 124 MWp DC solar power project. The project includes an 88 MW AC solar PV plant and a 132/33 kV pooling substation, strengthening WRTL’s utility-scale renewable energy portfolio.

Project to span multiple sites

The project will be developed across multiple sites and will involve the complete engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar PV plant. WRTL will also handle the associated balance-of-system infrastructure and the engineering, civil works, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the pooling substation.

The order further strengthens the company’s presence in one of India’s key renewable energy markets and highlights its ability to deliver integrated solar EPC projects, including high-voltage evacuation infrastructure.
