October 9, 2026: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has appointed Ritesh Kumar Golchha as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its Board with effect from October 7, 2026.
CPCL said the appointment is part of the company’s Board-level governance process and has been made in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
